Training

We deliver valuable and informative training modules based around Contract Law. Each session gives attendees a thorough grounding in the topic and relates it to the real world.

Topics taught include:

“Commercial agreements – a guide through the maze”

“6 Reasons why your terms and conditions might not protect you”

“Drafting Skills – simplifying the complex”

We have been delivering training courses and workshops for the University of Nottingham since 1995, and have also provided in-house courses to organisations across the country.

Our courses are not full of case-law and Acts of Parliament – they are practical workshops designed to ensure that your staff are able to avoid some of the more common problems associated with contracts, know when to seek further help, and how best to obtain that help quickly and cost-effectively.

Our last workshop (Commercial Agreements) was delivered as part of the University of Nottingham’s Ingenuity Programme on 16th November 2010.

“Anyone that can run a course which I could understand on contract law after I’d had only 4 hours sleep is seriously impressive!”

Kate Faulkner, Director, Designs on Property Ltd

We are delighted to be associated with the Graduate Enterprise School run by Aspiren for Communities (a Social Enterprise) and will be delivering a session entitled ‘Turning Contracts into Cash’ for them. If you know a recent graduate who lives in the Nottingham area, is currently unemployed, and is thinking of setting up a business, please click here to download a flyer for them.
