We can act as your very own in-house advisor, mentor and ‘go-between’ for all commercial contracts. In addition to providing our usual “Contracts with Clarity” and training services, this means that we can provide all manner of additional services – and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg each time you call us.

Some clients have asked us to audit their contract files – which has resulted in risks being identified and dealt with before they became a problem.

Others have asked us to manage their contract files during periods of staff changeover.

Many have asked us to accompany them to meetings to interpret the “Double Dutch” being spoken by their suppliers or (more often,) their advisors. Having another pair of eyes ensures that you are not overwhelmed by all the detail thrown at you and we soon have everyone speaking English again – and focusing on reaching an agreement rather than scoring points.

We also understand that whilst needs change and businesses move forward, the contracts which underpin them sometimes get overlooked. If your documentation has not been reviewed for many years, we can update it for you.
